We approach coaching as a compassionate partnership, placing you, the Client, at the center. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges of ADHD, we work together to create positive intentions and develop action plans that support your progress and well-being in life. We aim to provide a nurturing environment where you can thrive.


Initial Consultation:  In our initial session, we create a safe and open space to explore the reasons behind seeking support. We take the time to listen and understand what matters most to our clients, including areas such as family, work, school, social life, and relationships. We also discuss practical details for future sessions, like the frequency, timing, and preferred meeting place. Lastly, we begin identifying intentions, goals, or desired outcomes that will guide our work together.


Ongoing Sessions:  Our focus remains on nurturing mutual respect and trust while working towards actionable steps to fulfil your intentions and promote positive outcomes, which may evolve. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, or as per your needs. To enhance convenience, we provide access to our Client Portal, where you can easily book sessions through our calendar and handle payments securely. Rest assured and we are wholeheartedly committed to being there for you every step of the way.

We understand that each client's journey and timeline for coaching are deeply personal and unique. Embracing the wisdom of the quote, "Little by Little, Change Happens," we recommend booking six sessions fortnightly, allowing us to work together for at least three months. At the end of this period, we will reassess our progress together. We recognise that individuals with ADHD may encounter challenges at different stages of life, and our commitment is to be there for you during those times. We strive to provide empathetic support throughout your coaching experience, helping when needed.
