Celebrating Nearly Two Years of REACH ADHD: So many people to thank!

As we approach the two-year milestone of REACH ADHD, we are filled with immense gratitude and pride for the work we've been able to do and the lives we've had the privilege of touching. From supporting children, teens, university students, and adults to expanding our services across Perth and beyond, REACH ADHD has been a labour of love, built on the belief that everyone with ADHD can thrive with the right support.
This journey would not have been possible without our clients and their families, who have trusted us to walk alongside them. But, equally important, we owe so much to the individuals and organisations who have dedicated their lives to advancing the understanding of ADHD and empowering those who coach, teach, and care for the neurodiverse. Today, we take a moment to thank and celebrate those who have inspired, taught, and supported us along the way.

Acknowledging Those Who Have Inspired Us
At REACH ADHD, we are continuously learning from leaders in the field of ADHD coaching and education. Their work has shaped the way we approach coaching and the way we guide our clients towards success.

  • ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy): Barbara Luther and David Giwerc from ADDCA have been instrumental in shaping the ADHD coaching landscape. Barbara’s leadership as the Director of Training and David’s visionary work as the Founder and President of ADDCA have been foundational to our own growth. Their pioneering work continues to inspire us to bring the best practices in ADHD coaching to our clients.
  • Jamie Blume: Jamie’s focus on well-being, self-discovery, and empowerment has added another layer to how we support our clients holistically. Her work encourages people to embrace their true selves while also taking practical steps to manage their ADHD.
  • Executive Functioning Success – Marydee Sklar: Marydee’s expertise in executive functioning has profoundly influenced how we help clients develop essential skills such as time management, organisation, and emotional regulation. Her strategies have become a key part of our coaching toolkit, helping clients navigate daily life with more ease and confidence.
  • STAND – Dr. Margaret Sibley: Dr. Sibley’s Structured ADHD Narrative (STAND) program has been a vital resource for our work with teens and young adults. Her insights into adolescent development and ADHD have helped us support younger clients as they transition through school and life’s challenges.
  • Michele Toner: Michele has been a trailblazer in ADHD coaching here in Australia. Her passion for helping people with ADHD has been a constant source of inspiration as we work to advocate for and support the neurodiverse community across Perth and beyond.
  • Peg Dawson: Peg’s work on executive functioning continues to influence how we approach our coaching for adults and children alike. Her understanding of executive skills has been critical in helping us support clients to develop better organisational strategies and stay on track with their goals.
  • Chris Hanson and Amy Sippl: Chris and Amy’s contributions to the ADHD community have been invaluable. His work has helped inform many of the approaches we take in coaching, particularly in supporting individuals with ADHD to better understand themselves and their capabilities.

Thanking Our Families and Clients
Our clients and their families are at the heart of everything we do at REACH ADHD. Without your trust, commitment, and hard work, none of this would be possible. Each of you has embarked on a unique journey with ADHD, and we are humbled to have been a part of it.
"Coaching isn’t just about providing strategies, it’s about building relationships and empowering our clients to take ownership of their lives," says Fiona, co-founder of REACH ADHD. "We’ve been honoured to witness so many moments of growth, success, and resilience."
Debbie adds, "Watching our clients achieve their goals and build confidence has been the most rewarding part of this journey. We want to thank everyone who has allowed us to be part of their ADHD journey, and we are excited for the future."
As we celebrate nearly two years of REACH ADHD, we are more committed than ever to continuing our work in supporting the neurodiverse community. ADHD Awareness Month is a time to reflect on the progress we’ve made and the challenges ahead, but it’s also a time to celebrate the resilience, strength, and potential of those living with ADHD.
"We are deeply grateful for the support of our community, our clients, and the experts who have guided us," says Debbie. "Here’s to many more years of learning, growth, and making a difference."
A Special Thank You
We also want to send a massive thank you to Chris, Bailey, Harry and Sooshi from the Alexander family, and Jamin, Grace, Millie, and Pippa from the Hirte family for always being our number one cheer crew. Honestly, Taylor Swift has nothing on our squad—your support means the world to us, and we couldn’t do this without you!
